HAVEN

Oh! What a safe place
Open and secure as heaven
I know my cradle
My foundation
My seat
My house
My residence
Times like these I spit much of you
Your arms is my residence
As safe as the Gully side
Bullets cannot reach me
Your lips are the hands of a mother brimming with cherish
Next or in you I cannot perish
If I am next to you
They come searching for me
Spit something that can show me the way
May I please bury myself in you
You are like a nest
Holding some life to come
Importantly and crucially you are holding a breath
You are my haven
I reside in your inner atom
YOU ARE MY HAVEN
